Trapped on a tropical island, you’ll need to be resourceful enough to survive
Search the island for other passengers who are plane wrecked and save them

Unlike those poor people trapped on a lifeboat with a view of the sea that stretched beyond the horizon, you are seemingly lucky enough to find yourself plane wrecked on a beautiful tropical island. Instead of helplessly waiting for rescue (again, unlike the lifeboat scenario), the resourceful you decided to make the most of your fortune by making the island as livable as you can and search for your fellow surviving passengers on the plane. However, little did you know that this island (now it’s started to sound like an introduction for Lost, the TV series) contains secrets that will turn your plane wreck experience upside down!
Every survivor knows the most important things when you’re stranded on a remote island are to find food and fresh water. Thankfully, on Coral Isle, these items are plentiful! You can collect food from the shellfishes on the beach, fruits from the trees and eggs from bird nests in the forest. Sometimes, you can also obtain vital resources via boxes from the plane that are strewn all over the island. For water, there are springs inside the forest which you can easily collect. Like fruits, eggs and shellfishes, the water at the spring will regenerate over time as well, so you practically have an endless supply of these items.
Naturally, building a shelter is next on your list of things you need to survive. To build anything in Coral Isle, you’ll need plenty of crafting materials which can be obtained from cutting grasses, mining for stone, gathering lianas from the forest, and chopping down trees. Do take note that every action you take will cost you energy points and they will recharge over a period of time. However, if you can’t wait, you can easily purchase energy-replenishing foodstuff from the cash shop or ask friends for more energy.
Each shelter built can house a fellow survivor and as your community grows, you’ll need more than just shelters, you will need resource producing buildings like cauldron, lumberjack stonemason as well as farms. Farming will soon become a major producer of food for your community and also as not many people can suffer through a wholly vegetarian diet, you will also be able to tame wild animals, like pigs and chickens, to produce meat. Of course, you need to periodically feed them using animal feed created from your harvested crops... and the cycle continues on.
As you gradually expand inland, you’ll realize that the island you’re on is not only wondrous but also hides plenty of secrets. Every new encounter will require you to decide your new course of action. For instance, how would you react when you realized that there are natives on the island? Would you go all “Columbus” on them or would you try to foster a mutual understanding by exchanging offerings?
In short, Coral Isle is a very fun and addictive simulation game on an astonishingly bountiful and beautiful tropical island. By collecting items, such as food, water and building materials from the environment to survive the beginning few months, you’ll eventually get to move on to better materials and foodstuff as you expand your community of survivors and set up a thriving little village.
