In the bright world of Star 86 you are transported off into space where you are given a Dubble of your own to play. You can choose your starting look and then begin to explore the galaxy. There are lots of planets to visit and friends that you can make.
You begin in your own ship, with controls allowing you to fly to other planets and your first room. You have a few pieces of furniture and there are shapes that you can use to decorate. From the shop you can buy more items, block shapes and even new domes to add.
There are also outfits that you can buy, new looks and even jetpacks to help you move around. There are shops scattered over the planets, and you can also jump into the shop from the basket icon on your screen.
There is also a map icon where you can fly to other planets. If i planet has a number in a red circle it means it has a fun mission that you can go and play. When you click a planet you enter into a fun mini game where you collect music and notes.
You go into a tunnel and you can move left and right to collect items. Each item you collect counts towards your level, but it also adds another not or instrument to the music in the tunnel. If you collect them all you will also receive bonus coins. These tunnels are lots of fun to play, but you can also skip it with the port button.
When you arrive on a planet with missions a guide robot will give you directions if you speak to them. Missions are fun games and objectives that will reward you with experience and coins. Experience counts for your level, and the higher your level the more items you can but for your Dubble and spaceship.
As well as silver coins there are also gold coins, these are a premium currency and only available to members. Members have access to restricted planets as well as special items and you can also record and post videos on You Tube.
One of the best features is the ability to create and share music in the game, there are mixers that you can win and buy and these allow you to create special unique music. By collecting notes and instruments in games you will have all of the tools to create the sounds that you want.
Star 86 is a really pretty and bright game, with cute graphics and simple controls. There are lots of different fun items you can use for your house or Dubble and the music theme is present everywhere.
There are new items and games being added all the time, along with a growing player base. There is so much to do and being able to build your own planet is cool.
